All LDA® Instructors are acting as totally independent contractors andnot employees, agents orpartners of LDA®. Class timetables and venues are organised and managed by each individual LDA® Instructor. Cost of attending LDA® classes are determined by each individual Instructor and not by Latina DanceAsize™ itself.
Latina DanceAsize™ would recommend that anyone who is in any doubt whether a LDA® Dance Fitness Class would be suitable to take part in, either on line or by attending a class, should consult with their doctor first.
Latina DanceAsize™ recommend that anyone who is pregnant should consult their doctor before attempting any of the routines either on line or in a class situation.
